Job summary

The Career Nest in Lisbon is seeking a Digital Ads Specialist for Turkish speakers to join our on-site team. You will advise SMB advertisers, troubleshoot ad placements, and help clients improve campaign performance using Turkish and English.

This role requires EU citizenship or Portuguese work rights, willingness to relocate, and flexibility for rotating shifts. The company offers a competitive monthly gross package with accommodation options and a modern Lisbon office.

Location:

Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Working Hours:

40 hours/week (Rotational shifts Monday–Sunday, between 06:00 – 23:00)

Mandatory Requirement:

Candidates must hold a valid

EU/EEA Passport or an existing, unrestricted Portuguese Work Permit. Visa sponsorship is not provided. Applications without valid EU working rights will not be processed.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Turkish market, helping them troubleshoot ad placements, optimize campaign performance, and grow their businesses through digital solutions.

Requirements

• Ready to relocate to Lisbon or already based locally.

What We Offer

Compensation Packages:

• Option with Accommodation: Company-provided modern apartment + base salary (Total Gross Package: :€1,338/month).
• Option without Accommodation: Higher direct gross cash pay (Total Gross Package: :€1,436/month).
