Cross Border Talents is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Experience Advisor to join our Lisbon team. You will handle Danish customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat while delivering an exceptional service experience.

The role starts with in-person training in Lisbon, transitioning to a flexible hybrid schedule. You will work with a premium electronics brand, gain product knowledge, and advance within a multicultural, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish (C1/C2) and good English (B2) for team communication.
• Currently living in Lisbon or able to relocate to Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel support via phone, email, and live chat for Danish customers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with smart home devices and appliances, routing complex cases as needed.
• Record all interactions in the CRM system for seamless tracking.
• Represent the brand professionally and stay updated on product launches and service best practices.
