Job summary

Recruitment Direct in Lisbon is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors. The role starts 100% onsite for the first month, then shifts to 2 days in-office and 3 days remote within the Lisbon area.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat and social media, and support clients with upselling where appropriate. Native Danish and English are essential, with 1+ year in customer service and good IT skills.

Qualifications

• Native level Danish and English.
• At least 1 year customer service experience, ideally some sales experience.
• Good general IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Provide customer service to clients and upsell where appropriate (B2B).
• Work towards KPIs to achieve individual and team targets.
