You will provide Danish-speaking support, guide users through solutions, and log interactions. The role requires English proficiency for training and internal communication, and availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Danish: fluent or native level.
• English: fluent for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to explain technical information clearly.
• Comfortable with learning new systems and using digital platforms.
• EU citizenship or valid authorization to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional Danish-speaking customer and technical support.
