Cross Border Talents is hiring a Danish Speaking Customer Advisor in Portugal for a fully remote role. You will communicate with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, resolving inquiries, guiding product setup and service details while maintaining CRM records and continuously improving service quality.

The position offers a 40-hour work week, standard day shifts, a base monthly salary with language allowances and performance bonuses, plus private health and life insurance

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound Danish-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding orders, product details, warranties, shipping and setup.
• Diagnose technical issues with smart home devices and electronics, guiding customers or escalating to engineering as needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, issues and resolutions.
• Represent the brand with empathy and keep up to date with product releases and policies.
• Participate in fully compensated training to improve technical and communication skills.
