Overview

Cross Border Talents is looking for Danish speakers to join our multinational client running an exciting project for a globally renowned tech brand in Portugal!

If you're still abroad, relocation assistance is provided, including housing!

Location: Remote from Continental Portugal
Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable

Start dates: several dates available through June and July

About the Brand: Work for a world-renowned technology company that has set industry standards for user experience, innovation, and premium customer service. You will be part of a team supporting their online store users.

Role Overview: As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist, you\u2019ll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments.
  • Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures.
  • Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat.
  • Collaborate with carriers and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1) - written and spoken.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
  • Already in Portugal or open to relocating from this role
  • EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
