Kats Recruitment is hiring a Danish-speaking Customer Support Specialist in Lisbon to assist merchants and consumers with digital payments. You will resolve inquiries about transactions, payouts, chargebacks, and refunds, while ensuring data privacy and security.

The role requires Danish fluency and a customer-focused mindset in a modern office environment. You will work on-site in Lisbon, supporting multiple digital payment solutions, with a rotating schedule across weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Danish language skills (C1/C2).
• English at least B2 for navigation and communication.
• Strong customer focus and empathetic communication.
• Attention to numerical and transactional data with accuracy.
• Comfort using multiple digital applications and portals.

Responsibilities

• Provide Danish customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist merchants and consumers with transaction status, payouts, chargebacks, and refunds.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with payment gateways and online merchant portals.
• Guide users through onboarding and identity verification (KYC) and security practices.
• Document all cases, escalations, and resolutions in CRM and payment systems.
• Handle sensitive financial information following privacy and anti-fraud standards.
• Collaborate with tech support and financial ops to resolve disputes.
