Job summary

Kats Recruitment in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Danish-speaking Retail Support Specialist for a hybrid role. You will assist Danish shoppers and retail clients via phone, live chat, and email, handling order statuses, returns, product inquiries, and account management.

The first 3 months are on-site, then a flexible hybrid schedule. Relocation support is provided for candidates moving to Lisbon, along with private health insurance, meal vouchers, and ongoing training to grow into leadership or

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Danish proficiency (C1/C2) with good working English (B2).
• Excellent communication and empathetic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in retail, customer support, hospitality, or ecommerce is advantageous.
• EU/EEA passport or valid Portuguese work permit required.
• Home setup for hybrid work: quiet workspace with high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist Danish shoppers via phone, live chat, and email regarding orders, products, and promotions.
• Process exchanges, refunds, and delivery updates using CRM/inventory tools.
• Resolve order discrepancies and billing queries with a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to update tracking data.
