CloserHire is recruiting a Danish-speaking Customer Care Specialist for a remote role in Portugal, focused on a digital payments and POS solution used by SMBs. You will assist customers with onboarding, transactions, and technical support.

Day-to-day tasks include helping customers via phone, email, and chat; setting up accounts; handling orders and logistics inquiries; troubleshooting issues; and delivering clear product information. Opportunities for career growth exist.

Qualificações

• Danish (C1/C2) proficiency required.
• Excellent English skills.
• Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers via phone, email and chat.
• Support onboarding, transactions, and technical issues for the digital payments solution.
• Handle orders, deliveries, and logistics inquiries.
• Provide clear and accurate product information; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with account setup and ongoing customer support.
