Responsibilities include providing Danish-language support, troubleshooting inquiries, and keeping precise customer records while collaborating with international colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent Danish language skills (C1/C2) and strong written/verbal communication.
• Must reside in Lisbon area with valid Portuguese working rights.
• Full daytime schedule 08:00–17:00.
• Excellent active listening and empathy; ability to connect with people.
