Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist who speaks Danish to provide outstanding support via phone, chat and email for a prestigious European automotive brand.

You will document interactions in the CRM, stay updated on product information, and collaborate with the team. The role is 100% remote from Portugal with a full-time permanent contract and training provided.

Qualificações

• Danish language proficiency (written and spoken).
• English at B2 level or higher.
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
• Interest in automotive topics and comfort with digital technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Accurately document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve questions related to digital products.
• Stay up to date with the latest products, services, and policies to provide spot-on information.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to continuously improve the customer experience.
