Job summary

Melia Hotels International is seeking a Booking Agent to join the Central Reservation Office team, reporting to the Supervisor in Madrid. You will manage reservation requests through all channels from inquiry to confirmation, provide hotel information, and support revenue growth through up-selling and cross-selling while ensuring exceptional service.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, Italian language skills, and full-time, on-site work.

Qualifications

• Flexibility and proactivity with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent Italian.
• Willingness to work full-time in a face-to-face environment.
• Training in Hospitality, Tourism or similar preferred; sales experience valued.
• Experience in customer service and reservation management is a plus.
