Qualifications

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) required.
• English proficiency to collaborate in an international environment.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Interest or background in tourism, travel, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Booking.com partners across the Czech market.
• Serve as primary contact for tourism industry partners on listings and tools.
• Maintain and improve partner relationships to enhance the travel experience.
• Resolve complex bookings, availability, and content issues accurately.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve operations.
• Represent Booking.com with customer-centric values.
• Monitor partner performance and provide constructive feedback.
