Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who can communicate in Spanish at native or near-native level to assist retail customers. You will be the voice of the brand, answering questions clearly and resolving issues with a friendly, professional attitude.

This on-site, full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with a performance-based bonus and a calm, multicultural work environment that offers room to grow in customer service.

Formación

• Spanish fluency at native or near-native level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Located in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Willing to work on-site Monday to Friday.
