Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for Spanish-speaking customers in the Retail Sector. You will be the voice of the brand, answering questions in Spanish and guiding customers through their purchases with empathy and clarity.

The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, with a fixed weekday schedule, a performance bonus, and an international, multicultural team that values growth in customer service.

Formación

• Fluent or native-level Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, helpful, solution-oriented attitude.
• Currently living in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday.
