Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to be based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, requests, and delivering excellent service in a dynamic, international environment.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for aCustomer Service Specialist based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in French, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in Dutch, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).

• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
