Job summary

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s on-site team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires fluency in Italian, English (B2+), and French and/or Dutch, or strong English alone. You will work rotating shifts from 07:30 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+), and French and/or Dutch with strong English (B2+), or English-only.
• Work model: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working hours: Rotational shifts Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 20:00.
• Schedule: Weekends off.
• Soft skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
