Job summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for a Customer Service Specialist based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing requests, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

Requirements include native or high fluency in Italian, strong English communication (B2+), and readiness to work on-site in Lisbon with rotational shifts from 07:30 to 20:00, Monday

Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+).
• Also proficient in French or Dutch with strong English (B2+).
• Or English alone is acceptable.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Document and manage customer interactions in the system.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in French, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in Dutch, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  or even just in English.
• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
