Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Specialist on-site in Lisbon, Portugal, to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires multilingual capabilities (Italian/French/Dutch or English only) and English proficiency (B2+). You will work on-site in Lisbon with rotational shifts, weekends off, and a comprehensive onboarding program.

Qualifications

• Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in French with strong English (B2+)
• Native or high fluency in Dutch with strong English (B2+)
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Ability to work rotational shifts Mon-Fri 07:30–20:00.
• Weekends off.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency:
  Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in French, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  Native or high fluency in Dutch, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
  or even just in English.
• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
