Cross Border Talents is recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires native or high fluency in Italian and strong English, with rotating shifts Monday to Friday and weekends off.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian with strong English (B2+).
• Work model: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working hours: Rotational shifts Mon–Fri (07:30–20:00).
• Schedule: Weekends off.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global customer experience company for an Italian & English Customer Service Specialist based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing requests, and delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage and document customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Work Model: Readiness to work On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Working Hours: Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday (between 07:30 AM and 08:00 PM).
• Schedule: Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday).
• Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
