Cross Border Talents is seeking a customer-oriented professional fluent in Italian and English to join our Lisbon-based customer support team. You will be the main contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and ensuring an excellent service experience.

Responsibilities include responding via phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information, and guiding customers through products and services. The role requires on-site work in Lisbon with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Italian with strong English (B2+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon and rotate shifts.
