Day to day you will respond to customer messages and calls, check account details, solve common problems and escalation anything outside your remit. Quality matters to us, so we also value careful note taking and attention to detail.

You need English at C1 level or higher. No prior experience is necessary because full training is included. The rota covers the period from 06:00 until midnight on every day of the week, and we are hiring for an immediate start. We also value reliability, teamwork and a positive attitude, and every new colleague receives regular feedback and a clear path for development from the first day.
