Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to deliver a competent and friendly customer service experience via phone and email. You will join an international team supporting customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and seller communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to customers' questions and concerns, providing effective answers and solutions.
• Handle troubleshooting related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
