Adecco Recursos Humanos in Porto is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to assist customers via chat and email, resolving queries and improving their experience in a multicultural environment. You will handle orders, services, and platform usage questions, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

We offer direct contract with the client, onboarding and training, company equipment, and a relocation package for international candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch.
• English level B2+ for training and internal use.
• Clear, professional customer communication.
• Attention to detail when updating information.
• Ability to multitask while staying accurate.
• Confidence in handling complaints and finding solutions.
• Availability for rotational shifts 0700–2300, Mon–Sun.
• On-site training in Porto.

What You'll Do

• Support customers through chat, email, and inbound channels
• Understand each customer's needs and provide tailored solutions
• Answer questions related to orders, services, and platform usage
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner
• Follow up on customer requests until they are fully resolved
• Complete administrative and back-office tasks accurately
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience

What You Need

• Fluency in Dutch
• English level B2 or above for training, tools, and internal communication
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Attention to detail when updating information and processing requests
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Confidence in handling complaints and finding appropriate solutions
• Availability to work rotational schedules between 0700 and 2300, Monday to SundayAvailability to attend on-site training in Porto
