Savior Artigos Texteis Lda is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver friendly, efficient service via phone and email. You will join an international team based in Lisbon, supporting inquiries and seller communications with flexible remote/on-site/hybrid options.

Responsibilities include handling orders, providing product information, and maintaining CRM records in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Fluency in Dutch and English, plus strong communication, are required.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch required (C1/C2).
• Good working English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Empathetic, customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• Basic technical aptitude for software tools and support systems.
• Reliable home internet and suitable remote workspace for remote/hybrid work.
• Eligible to work in Portugal.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Escalate and reroute complex issues to the appropriate internal departments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and support tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2)
• Good working command of English (B2 or above)
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
