HN Services Portugal is seeking a proactive IT support specialist to join our international finance team. You will assist clients and partners with IT tools and services, delivering high-quality support by phone and email, and ensuring confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical support or IT customer service.
• Good knowledge of data-related business domains.
• Experience in an Agile environment; banking or insurance experience is a plus.
• Fluent French (C1 minimum) and B2 English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset.
• Proactive, autonomous team player.
