Job summary

Syensqo SA in Lisbon, Portugal seeks a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on serving as the main liaison for customers, processing orders, and handling inquiries during the late shift (2:00 PM–11:00 PM) in a hybrid onsite/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• Fluent/Native English; strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact and “order owner” for customers within assigned portfolio.
• Manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to invoicing and follow-up.
• Ensure customer complaints are handled timely with regular follow ups and target-date close.
• Perform invoice adjustments / return of materials as per global guidelines with approvals.
• Identify and implement improvements within CS processes; lead or participate in projects as required.
