Role Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly face and voice representing leading global brands. You will deliver high-quality support to customers across Spanish- and English-speaking markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues with a warm, professional, and customer-focused mindset.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: €920 gross / month paid over 14 months (includes standard Portuguese holiday & Christmas bonuses)
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net addition)
• Attendance Bonus: €25 per month (over 11 months)

Work Schedule

• Availability: Monday to Sunday, operational window between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
• Roster: Rotational shifts with 2 guaranteed days off per week

Candidate Requirements

• English Proficiency: Solid C1 level (must pass the Harver English assessment with a C1 score).
• Spanish Proficiency: High fluency / native-level standard for smooth customer interactions.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, problem-solving ability, and a passionate customer-first attitude.
