Job summary

CB Talents SP in Lisbon seeks a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our on-site team. We offer three flexible options: full-time 40 hours per week and two part-time schedules, each with base pay plus incentives.

Option 1: Full-Time 40h/week, 8:00–17:00, €950 base + €150 bonus (€1,100 total). Option 2: Part-Time 30h/week, 9:00–16:00, €712.50–€760 base + incentives. Option 3: Part-Time 20h/week, 9:00–13:00, €475 base + incentives. Immediate start in Lisbon.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent level of Spanish (spoken and written).
• Good working level of English or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site at our Lisbon office.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Spanish in a Lisbon office setting.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve problems with a focus on service quality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Compensation: €475 Base Salary + Performance Incentives
