A customer service academy in Braga is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This on-site role focuses on providing support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and preferably some customer service experience. This position offers a stable Monday to Friday schedule, with a gross base salary of €1,055 monthly and additional bonuses.
