- Provide top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat in German and English.
- Assist customers with digital service platforms, account queries, and technological features.
- Ensure highest customer satisfaction (CSAT) by delivering empathetic, accurate, and prompt solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical support and team leaders to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Native or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) + Strong Business English (B2+).
- Must already reside in Portugal with legal right to work (Tax ID / NIF & Social Security).
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first, empathetic mindset.
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotative shift schedules.
- Reliable high-speed home internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace.
- Equipment: Shipped to your door if >50km from office; in-person pickup if 50km.
