Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor for our Porto, Portugal location. The role requires a German C2 level and English B2, with daily work conducted in French as needed.

On-site in Porto, full-time hours, with rotative shifts and a start date in October 2026. You will provide high-quality support in German and English, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join our client's growing team in Porto, Portugal.

This is an excellent opportunity for a German C2 speaker + English B2 who enjoys helping customers, solving problems and providing a high-quality customer experience.

No English is required for this position. Your daily work will be conducted in French.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly customer support in German and English
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and/or chat
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
• Handle questions, requests and complaints efficiently
• Assist customers with products, services, orders or account-related queries
• Follow established procedures and quality standards
• Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Fluent German C2
• English B2
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality or a similar role is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with computer systems and online tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to start ASAP
