FH Collective - Academy in Braga, Portugal, is seeking a German-speaking customer service professional for a Monday–Friday, on-site role. You will support German-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The ideal candidate is fluent in German (C2) with good English, has strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Prior CS experience is a plus.

About The Role
