FH Collective Academy in Braga, Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who speaks German to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat and support German-speaking customers in a structured, weekday role.

The position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, a base salary of €1,055 gross with 14 salaries plus a €100 monthly bonus, and a stable team environment for long-term growth.

Formación

• Native / C2 German required or equivalent
• Good English level
• Strong communication abilities
• Customer-focused mindset and service orientation
