Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service professional to support Dutch- and English-speaking customers. This remote role can be performed from anywhere in Portugal and follows a Monday to Friday schedule with rotating shifts, weekends off.

You will handle inquiries in Dutch and English, provide accurate information, and help resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while working from home.

Key Information

• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 07:00h - 19:00 (Rotative Shifts), with Saturday and Sunday as days off.
• Gross Salary : 1073€ per 14 months.
• Relocation : Relocation support is not offered, as candidates must already reside in Portugal.

Additional Information

• Food Allowance: 7.63€ per working day.
• Candidates residing within 50 km of the office are required to collect their equipment in person. Equipment will be shipped to candidates living more than 50 km away.
