Perfil: polaco nativo, inglês fluente (mínimo B2) e excelente atitude de atendimento ao cliente por telefone e e‑mail. Horário: 40h/semana, turnos rotativos, trabalho presencial em Lisboa.

Qualifications

• Polaco nativo, inglês fluente (mínimo B2) e excelente atendimento ao cliente por telefone e e‑mail.

Responsibilities

• Lidar com perguntas e questões de clientes, fornecendo assistência relacionada aos produtos e serviços.
• Auxiliar clientes com dúvidas sobre o programa de fidelidade.
• Acompanhar pedidos e manter clientes informados sobre o progresso.
• Registar contatos de clientes nos sistemas relevantes.
• Lidar com tarefas offline, incluindo formulários, e-mails, tickets e atividades administrativas.
• Manter níveis de produtividade de acordo com as metas do departamento.
• Escalar problemas de bem‑estar do cliente que estejam fora do alcance da função.

Customer Service Representative – Polish Market | Airline Company

The client is a Portuguese airline company founded more than 70 years ago and based in Lisbon. It has played a key role in connecting Portugal with destinations around the world.

Together with your colleagues, you will be part of a team providing professional and friendly customer service in Polish and English, both by phone and via e‑mail.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions and issues, providing the necessary assistance related to the company's products and services.

• Assist customers with enquiries and issues related to the frequent flyer programme.

• Follow up on customer requests and keep customers informed about the progress and outcome of their cases.

• Record all incoming and outgoing customer contacts in the relevant systems.

• Handle offline tasks, including forms, emails, tickets and other administrative activities.

• Maintain productivity levels that meet or exceed departmental targets.

• Escalate critical customer well‑being issues and any matters that fall outside the scope of the role.

Requirements

• Native‑level Polish proficiency.

• Fluent English; minimum B2 level.

• Comfortable handling multiple customer interactions by phone and e mail.

• Professional yet friendly attitude.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On‑site
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week)
Training: 20 working days (€371.20 paid for the full training period)
Contract: Temporary 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension
Remuneration: €978 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, approximately €1,141 gross per month when averaged over 12 months
