LetsDo Solutions is hiring a French Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly, professional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, guide clients through products, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases, while maintaining accurate CRM records and a customer-first mindset.

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication in English (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Requirements
