Job summary

Salt Services SA in Porto invites energetic professionals to join our customer support team. You will handle English-speaking customers via phone, deliver helpful information about products and services, and ensure a high quality service experience.

The role requires excellent English, a keen interest in telecommunications, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work shifts Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00, with about two Saturdays per month. Training is provided and growth is available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English at least C1 level.
• Genuine interest in telecommunications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with various technical systems and devices.
• Willingness to work shifts Mon-Sat 09:00-18:00, approximately two Saturdays per month.
• Reliable, punctual, and focused on delivering great customer experiences.
• Willingness to commute regularly or relocate to the Porto area.

Responsibilities
