Job summary

Talent Search People is seeking a proactive Customer Service specialist to join our team in Lisbon. You will assist B2B clients, process orders via SAP, and coordinate with planning and back-office teams to ensure timely deliveries.

You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, inform customers of changes, delays, and invoicing updates, and handle complaints with a solutions-focused approach. The ideal candidate speaks Dutch at native/C2 level and English at B1, has prior customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office)
• Dutch native or C2 level and English B1
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge
• Strong communication by phone and email
• High School Diploma
• Proactive, data- and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist B2B clients and solve queries
• Receive and process incoming orders via email, phone, fax or web-shop from existing customers on SAP
• Inform customers about changes to products, quantities and delays; organize urgent deliveries
• Respond to and handle all complaints regarding shipments
• Solve urgent requests by coordinating with planning and transport teams
• Check incorrect customer requests and invoices when required
• Coordinate with Back Office and Credit teams for updates to addresses, credit limits and prices
• Ensure deliveries rejected by customers are properly processed

• You will assist B2B clients and solve queries
• You are responsible to receive and process incoming orders via email, phone, fax or web-shop from existing customers on SAP
• Further you have to inform/provide solutions to the customer when required on failed or aborted deliveries, organizing urgent deliveries in critical situations
• Informing customers by telephone or e-mail on changes on products, products quantity and any anticipated delay is part of your job
• In addition to that you receive, respond and handle all complaints regarding the shipment
• You will solve urgent requests from customers by aligning with planning and transport teams
• Check incorrect customer request and invoice if required
• Further you check with Back office and credit teams for updating/including addresses, credit limits and products prices
• You will ensure that deliveries rejected by the customer are properly processed

You're the person we're looking for if:

• You have previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred
• You have a native or C2 level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English
• You have SAP/ERP basic knowledge preferred
• You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with clients
• You have at least a High School Diploma
• You are proactive, data and goal-oriented and focus to answer our clients' needs
