Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service professional to join our team in Portugal. You will engage with customers across phone, chat, email, and social platforms to resolve accounts, transactions, and technical issues.

You’ll support Dutch-speaking clients, handle account creation and verification, and assist with payments. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and a proactive attitude, with remote work and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch required (C2 level).
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer support.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
