Job summary

Talent Search People busca un profesional de atención al cliente con dominio del holandés y experiencia en Front Office/Back Office. Gestionarás pedidos y comunicaciones con clientes B2B, resolverás incidencias de entregas y coordinarás con back office y equipos de crédito.

Se valorará experiencia en SAP/ERP, capacidad de comunicación por teléfono y correo, y una educación secundaria. Se ofrece empleo híbrido/remoto según residencia y un paquete de beneficios atractivos.

Qualifications

• Se busca experiencia previa en Servicio al Cliente (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office).
• Dominio del holandés a nivel nativo o C2 y nivel de inglés B1.
• Conocimientos básicos de SAP/ERP.
• Capacidad para comunicarse eficazmente por teléfono y correo con clientes.
• Se requiere diploma de Educación Secundaria.

Responsibilities

• Asistir a clientes B2B y resolver consultas.
• Recepción y procesamiento de pedidos por email, teléfono, fax o web-shop en SAP.
• Informar sobre cambios de productos, cantidades y retrasos anticipados.
• Gestionar quejas de envíos y coordinar entregas urgentes.
• Colaborar con planificación, transporte, back office y equipos de crédito para actualizar direcciones, límites y precios.
• Asegurar que entregas rechazadas sean gestionadas correctamente.

If you're fluent in Dutch and have previous experience in Customer Service/Front Office/Back Office,

¿Qué harás?

• In your day-to-day:- You will assist B2B clients and solve queries- You are responsible to receive and process incoming orders via email, phone, fax or web-shop from existing customers on SAP- Further you have to inform/provide solutions to the customer when required on failed or aborted deliveries, organizing urgent deliveries in critical situations- Informing customers by telephone or e-mail on changes on products, products quantity and any anticipated delay is part of your job- In addition to that you receive, respond and handle all complaints regarding the shipment- You will solve urgent requests from customers by aligning with planning and transport teams- Check incorrect customer request and invoice if required- Further you check with Back office and credit teams for updating/including addresses, credit limits and products prices- You will ensure that deliveries rejected by the customer are properly processed
