Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Porto is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support customers with inquiries via phone, email or chat and to ensure a high-quality service experience in an international, regulated environment.

You will handle inquiries, provide accurate information about medical devices, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve requests, while demonstrating strong communication, empathy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Dutch language required; English (C1) proficiency required.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
