TP PORTUGAL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. You will handle inbound inquiries related to bookings and services, clarify doubts, and maintain a positive brand image while addressing changes and complaints with professionalism.

The ideal candidate speaks French at C2 level and English at least at B2, with prior customer service experience and strong computer skills. The role offers relocation support, meals, and training opportunities to grow with the
