Hiring International seeks a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to support clients from Lisbon, Porto or Braga, Portugal. The role can be on-site or hybrid, with a flexible start date and a multinational team.

You will communicate with customers in French via phone, email and chat, resolve inquiries, guide users through processes and collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall experience. A competitive package is provided.

Qualificações

• Language Skills: French native or C2 and English B1/B2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Adaptability to a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
