Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French

Language Requirements

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)

• 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)

• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotational day per week

  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)

  • Room in a shared apartment (maximum 12 months), rent 280/month, all bills included directly deducted from salary

• Transport Allowance: 20 per month

• Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (with a monthly contribution); becomes free after 6 months of contract
