TP PORTUGAL is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon to provide inbound service for bookings and purchases, clarify doubts, and deliver a positive brand experience.

You will handle changes and complaints, maintain confidentiality, and work with a friendly, service-minded team. Relocation support, daily meals, and training are included.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and verbal Spanish (C2)
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Experience in customer service
• Agile in computer skills from the user's perspective
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
