Concentrix is seeking a Customer Representative (Spanish-speaking) to join our Lisbon, Portugal on-site team. You will assist customers via email or phone, manage bookings, cancellations, and billing, and help expand service offerings by answering questions and gathering customer data.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, active listening, and a proactive team-player attitude, with opportunities to contribute to a global brand and receive full training.

Qualificações

• High level of Spanish (written and oral)
• Fluent in English (B2)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
