Formación

Customer Representative (European Portuguese‑speaking) – Online Booking Services

As a Customer Service Representative in Porto, Portugal (On‑Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency and customer journey improvement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels (e.g., e‑mail, chat, phone), ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM systems with all relevant details.
• Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their questions and resolving issues professionally, promptly, and with empathy.
• Enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction by providing effective solutions and ensuring a seamless experience throughout every interaction.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable tone in all communications, fostering trust and positive engagement.
• Collaborate closely with team members and management to optimize workflows and deliver a superior customer experience.
• Identify common customer challenges, provide actionable feedback on recurring issues, and proactively suggest areas for improvement in processes or policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent in European Portuguese (written and spoken) and a strong command of English for internal communication.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or online booking industry.
• Passion for travel and hospitality, with an understanding of the needs and expectations of travelers.
• Skilled at interpreting and applying company policies, procedures and service guidelines to assist customers effectively.
• Capable of working independently, making sound decisions, and documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Possess excellent problem‑solving skills and can deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
