What You Will Do In This Role

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
• Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
• Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

Your Qualifications

• Have a high level of German (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2).
• Have excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Have the ability to identify customers’ needs and propose fast solutions.
• Are proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
