Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative based in Lisbon, Portugal (on-site), you will ensure performance goals are met across all operations, delivering excellent quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
• Provide account and application support to viewers concerning software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings
• Provide accurate and real-time answers to viewers’ inquiries and contribute to creating brand engagement for our clients

Qualifications

• High level of European Portuguese and English (oral and written)
• Passionate about the entertainment and media industry
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit
• Familiar with digital streaming services and devices
